D’où proviennent les données « Qualifications » lors de la recherche de candidats ?

Lorsque vous recherchez des candidats dans le réseau Procore Construction Network, vous verrez une colonne « Statut de qualification » qui affiche des statuts tels que « Qualifié », « Qualifié avec exceptions », « Refusé », « Non assigné », « Expiré » ou « Non invité ».

Réponse
Lorsque vous cliquez sur une valeur dans la colonne « Statut de qualification » d’une entreprise, un panneau latéral Qualifications s’ouvre. Ce panneau latéral présente des données provenant de sources telles que Procore, Procore Construction Network et COMPASS.

COMPASS subscribers can view a vendor's COMPASS project history while in the Qualifications tab of the side panel. This data includes up to five (5) current and five (5) completed projects that the vendor submitted to their COMPASS account. The following information will be available for each project where available:

Note: This data only reflects a portion of the subcontractor's projects in Procore and does not include any project history outside of Procore. OSHA inspections and violations | Obtained directly from OSHA. Procore receives an update from OSHA every two weeks. |
Mechanics liens | Obtained from different county offices across the country. Procore has access to around 70% of mechanic liens filed in the US. |
Bankruptcy data | Obtained from a third party partner. The data includes both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies which are updated in Procore on a weekly basis. The data covers nationwide construction companies, property holding companies, or companies that may have locations with construction being performed (such as retailers). |
Tax Lien data | Obtained from a third party source. This data is updated once a month. Tax lien data covers around 70% of states, with coverage focused on the major metros within those states. |
