Export a Bid Sheet

Éléments à prendre en compte

  • Autorisations utilisateur requises :

    • Autorisations de niveau « Admin » dans l’outil Appels d’offres du projet.
      OU

    • Vous avez créé le dossier d’appel d’offres.
      OU

    • Vous êtes un utilisateur mis en copie sur le dossier d’appel d’offres.
      OU

    • Vous êtes le gestionnaire du dossier d’appel d’offres.

For Projects on Bid Management Enhanced Experience

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Open the bid package.

  3. On the Bidding tab, find the company you want to export a bid sheet from.

  4. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon on the company's row in the table.

  5. Click Export PDF or Export CSV.

 Legacy Content

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Open the bid package.

  3. Click View next to the company you want to export bid sheet from.

  4. Click the Bid Sheet tab.

  5. Click the vertical ellipsis icon-ellipsis-vertical.png icon.

  6. Click Export PDF or Export CSV.
