Respond to a 'Welcome to Procore' Email

If your employer or a company you do business with invites you to join their Procore organization as a user, you will receive an automated email message from the @procoretech.com domain with the 'Welcome to Procore' subject line. To respond to the email and join the Procore organization, follow the Steps below to log in to the Procore web application for the first time.

• Required User Permission:

  • To receive an invite to become a Procore user, a user with 'Admin' level permission to the Company Directory must do the following:

    • Add a User Account to the Company Directory or Add a User Account to the Project Directory

    • Invite or Re-invite a User to Procore

• Additional Information:

  • After sending an invite, the system sends the person an automated "Welcome to Procore" email from the @procoretech.com domain.*

  • If you are a new Procore user, you will be prompted to create a password.

  • For security reasons, the Get Started link in the "Welcome to Procore" email and any follow-up invitations expire three days after the email is sent, or after a user clicks the link once.

  • If the recipient does NOT respond to an invite, the system sends follow-up invitations at one, three, seven, and fourteen days.

  • You can re-invite people who don't respond to your invites.

The example below shows you what an invite looks like for a Procore project looks like.

1. Ouvrez l’e-mail de bienvenue.

2. Si vous êtes nouveau dans Procore, cliquez sur Commencer.
   Remarque: si vous avez déjà utilisé Procore pour un projet et que vous disposez déjà d’un mot de passe, cliquez sur Connexion. Continuez ensuite avec Comment se connecter à Procore Web (app.procore.com).

3. Saisissez dans le champ Mot de passe un mot de passe qui répond aux exigences suivantes :

   • Procore's Password Requirements:

     • Cinq (8) caractères ou plus

     • Au moins une (1) lettre majuscule

     • Au moins une (1) lettre minuscule

     • Au moins un (1) numéro

     • Au moins un (1) caractère spécial ( !@#$ %^&*)

     • Les mots de passe doivent correspondre

     • Vous ne pouvez pas réutiliser vos quatre (4) derniers mots de passe

4. Saisissez à nouveau le même mot de passe dans le champ Confirmer .

5. Si vous souhaitez vous abonner à la newsletter Construction de Procore et recevoir des informations sur les mises à jour des produits, cochez la case.

6. Cliquez sur Définir le mot de passe.
