Starting March 3, 2022 through approximately the end of the month, Procore is deploying a gradual, phased release of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). WBS is a robust, flexible method for organizing and reporting on financial information. This update includes the new WBS user experience in the Company and Project level Admin tools and it will be deployed to all Procore customers. To learn more, see About Work Breakdown Structure.

Important! Once your company receives the Work Breakdown structure update, you will no longer use the steps below. Instead, edit the segment items on the 'Sub Job' segment as described in Edit Segment Items on a Project.

Après la synchronisation d’un sous-projet entre votre intégration ERP et Procore, le nom de ce sous-projet peut changer dans votre système ERP. Si cela se produit, vous pouvez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour modifier manuellement le nom dans Procore afin qu’il corresponde au nom mis à jour dans votre système ERP.

 Important

Do not change the name of a sub job in Procore unless the value you are changing it to exactly matches the sub job in your ERP System.

Éléments à prendre en compte

  • Autorisations utilisateur requises:

    • Autorisation de niveau « Admin » dans l’outil Admin du projet.

  • Prérequis:

    • Le sous-projet dans votre système ERP doit déjà être synchronisé avec Procore.

Escalier

  1. Accédez à l’outil Admin du projet.

  2. Sous Paramètres du projet, cliquez sur Sous-projets.

  3. Dans la colonne Sous-projets , double-cliquez sur la description du sous-poste. Tapez ensuite la nouvelle description par-dessus la précédente pour la mettre à jour.
