Récupérer un incident dans la corbeille

Éléments à prendre en compte

  • Autorisations utilisateur requises :

    • Autorisations de niveau « Admin » dans l’outil Incidents du projet.

  • Informations complémentaires :

    • Les incidents supprimés sont déplacés vers la corbeille.

Conditions préalables

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.

  2. Click Recycle Bin.

  3. Locate the incident to retrieve and click View.

  4. Click Retrieve.
    Note: The incident is retrieved and will appear under Incidents.
