Edit a Meeting Item

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      OR

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.

  • Additional Information:

    • You can edit a meeting item at any time in either agenda or minutes mode.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Meeting tool.

  2. Click the arrow next to a meeting to expand the series.

  3. Click the meeting's title.

  4. To add or manage attachments for a specific meeting item:

    1. Locate the meeting item you want to update.

    2. Click the Attach Files icon next to the item description.

    3. In the attachment window, click the Procore tab to select files from the Document Management tool, or use the Upload tab to select files from your computer.

    4. Click Attach.
      Note: Added attachments will be visible to all meeting attendees once the meeting is distributed.

  5. Under the Agenda section, find the meeting item you want to edit.
    TIP: Use the Expand All button to quickly expand all items.

  6. Click the edit icon.

  7. Update the item.

  8. Click Save Changes.
