Gérer les modèles d’autorisations de l’entreprise assignables dans l’outil Autorisations

Permissions templates are the main way to manage user access to Procore tools. While Admin users can assign any template, sometimes users with lower permissions also need to assign permissions. However, users with lower level permissions can only assign permissions templates that have been specified by the Admin. These are 'assignable permissions templates'.

1. Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.

2. Click the Company Permissions Templates tab.

3. Next to the permission template, click Actions.

4. Select Manage Assignable Company Templates.

5. Mark the checkboxes next the templates you want users to be able to assign to others.

6. Click Save and select one of the following options:

   • Save.

   • Save & Return to Edit Template.

   • Save & Return to Company Permissions.
