Soumettre un formulaire de préqualification

Si vous avez été invité à vous préqualifier sur un projet géré à l’aide du logiciel de construction basé sur le cloud de Procore, vous devriez avoir reçu une invitation par e-mail dans votre boîte de réception. Si c’est la première fois que vous recevez une invitation à collaborer sur un projet à l’aide de Procore, cliquez sur le lien Commencer. Vous serez alors invité à créer un mot de passe pour votre compte. Pour plus d’informations, consultez Comment se connecter à Procore et Premiers pas avec Procore. Si vous avez déjà collaboré à un projet Procore, cliquez sur Préqualifier ici dans l’e-mail de préqualification. Une fois connecté, vous serez alors redirigé vers votre formulaire de préqualification.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
    Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.

• Additional Information:

  • If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.

  • Procore requires the following fields to be filled out in order to submit your Prequalification form:

    • Legal Company Name

    • Federal Employer ID

    • Industry Type

1. Click Prequalify Here in the prequalification invitation email or navigate to the Prequalification Portal tool.

2. Click on the Name of the prequalification form.

3. In each category, click Get Started.
   Note: Once you start filling out a category, the button changes to 'Edit'.

4. Enter the information for each category.
   Notes:

   • An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.

   • Click Next to continue to the next section.

5. Click Submit.
   Note: You can only submit your form once you have filled out all the required fields (each section is at 100%).

6. In the 'Submit Prequalification?' window, review the information and mark the checkboxes confirming you understand.

7. Click Submit.
   Note: Once the prequalification form has been submitted, you will no longer be able to edit your form.
