Send an Estimate to the Budget in Procore Estimating

Après avoir terminé une estimation dans l’outil Estimation, vous pouvez utiliser l’option « Envoyer vers l’outil Budget » pour copier et importer les postes de cette estimation dans l’outil Budget du projet. Les codes de coûts et les montants de l’estimation seront reflétés dans le budget.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions to the project's Estimating AND Budget tools.

• Additional Information:

  • If there is a part on the estimate with Labor, Materials, and Tax applied to it, the item will appear as three (3) separate line items in your budget (one for labor, one for materials, and one for tax).

  • To send an estimate to the budget, the estimate must be set as the primary estimate. A green check mark will indicate this. See the screenshot in the Steps section below.

1. Log in to Procore Estimating and select the relevant project.

2. Click the Estimating tab.

3. Select the estimate.
   

4. Click the Actions menu.
   

5. Select Send to Budget.
