What granular permissions are available for the project's Submittals tool?
Background
In Procore, the term granular permissions refers to task-based privileges that can be granted to users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on certain tools through the users' assigned A Project Permissions Template is a set of role-based permissions that can be assigned to one or more Procore users in a project. The permission settings in a project permissions template define what actions users can perform and what information they can view in each Procore Project level tool. There are two types of project permissions templates in Procore: P_roject Specific Permissions Templates_ and_Global Permissions Templates_.
