Why am I seeing a 'Some Templates Need Updates' warning banner?

You are seeing this banner because a custom response set was edited or deleted before Procore implemented safeguards, which caused an inspection template configuration to break. This warning is only triggered if an inspection template meets the following criteria:

• Observations and photos required on an edited/deleted response option are no longer triggered

• Conditional logic associated with an edited/deleted response option no longer functions

Why can’t I trigger the warning banner on a new template?

You can no longer trigger this banner on new templates because Procore now prevents users from editing or deleting custom response sets that break an inspection configuration. 

How do I fix my template?

You can fix the template by editing it to correct the broken configuration. The warning message will direct you to the specific line item that needs to be fixed.
