Configure Columns for Data Extracts

Background

In the Data Extracts 2.0 tool, you can configure the columns of tables when viewing, creating, and editing extracts. This enables you to customize the columns for tables both on the Data Extracts page and in the extracted file (for Procore tools).

Manage Table Settings

You can manage which columns are visible in the table and how they are displayed using the Table Settings options.

Configure Columns

To choose the columns to show and hide, click the Configure icon-ag-grid-table-filter-menu.png icon on the top-right side of the table. This opens the Table Settings pane on the right side of the web page. Procore's default setting is to show all available columns. Other options in the Table Settings section include:

  • To hide a specific column, click the toggle.

  • To show a specific column, click the toggle.

  • To show all of the available columns, click Show All.
