Set Bidder Information for a Company in the Project Directory

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.

  2. Click the Companies tab.

  3. Click Edit next to the company.
    OR

  4. Click the Bidder Info tab.

  5. Mark the checkboxes for any of the relevant attributes for the company.

  6. Select the trade the company will appear when searching by trade or cost code in the Bidding tab.

  7. Select the cost code the company will appear when searching by trade or cost code in the Bidding tab.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Enter a comment in the 'Leave a Comment' section.

    1. Optional: Click the stars to rank the company, and view this information when searching for bidders in Procore.

    2. Click Post Comment.
