プロジェクト権限テンプレートでアクセス権限を付与する

プロジェクト権限テンプレートは、複数のユーザーに割り当てることができる一連の権限を作成するために使用されます。プロジェクトの権限レベルは、「なし」、「読み取り専用」、「標準」、および「管理者」です。これらの各レベルでは、ユーザーは特定の一連のアクションを実行し、特定の情報を表示できます。

権限テンプレートを使用して、ツールへの「読み取り専用」または「標準」レベルのアクセス権を持つユーザーにアクセス権限を付与し、追加の特定のアクションを実行したり、特定の追加情報を表示したりできるようにすることができます。

• 必要なユーザー権限

以下のいずれかのアクションを実行します。

• プロジェクト権限テンプレートを作成する

• プロジェクト ディレクトリからプロジェクト固有権限テンプレートを作成する

1. Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.

2. Click the Project Permissions Templates tab.

3. Click Actions next to the template you want to grant granular permissions for and select Edit Template.

4. Select the button in the Read Only or Standard column on the row for the supported tool you want to grant granular permissions for.

5. If available, click the expand mark the checkbox for any granular permission you want to grant. See Which Procore tools support granular permissions?

6. Click Save.
