Search the Company Portfolio for Projects

会社のポートフォリオ ツールの検索機能を使用して、検索条件に一致する 1 つ以上のプロジェクトを検索できます。検索範囲の範囲には、次のフィールドが含まれます。

• 名前。これはプロジェクト名に対応します。

• 数値。これはジョブ番号に対応します。

• 住所。これは、現場の住所に対応します。

• 市町村。これは、現場の市区町村に対応します。

• 状態。これは現場の状態に対応します。フルネームを綴る必要があります。たとえば、アリゾナ州やカリフォルニア州などです。

• ジップ。これはプロジェクトの郵便番号に対応します。

• 電話番号。これは電話番号に対応します

• Required User Permission:

  • 'Read Only' level permission or higher on the company's Portfolio tool.

• Supported Views:

  • Projects

  • Executive Dashboard

  • Financial Views: Budget Variance, Contract Variance, Contract Summary, and Commitment Summary.

• Supported Filters:

  • Department

  • Office

  • Stage

  • Status

  • Type

  • Region

  • Owner Type

  • Program

  • Role

1. Navigate to the project's Portfolio tool.
   The Portfolio page appears.

2. Click one of the supported views (e.g., Projects, Executive Dashboard, Financial Views).

3. Enter a keyword or phrase in the Search box.

4. Click Search.
   The system displays a list of projects that match your criteria.
   

5. Choose from these options:

   • If you want to open the project, click the project's hyperlink in the Name or Project # column.

   • If you want to apply filters to your results, see Apply Filters to the Portfolio Views.
