Open Specifications

• Required User Permissions

• Viewing a specific Specifications Area exports only the specifications related to that particular 'Specification Area'.

Open a Single Specification Section

1. Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.

2. Click Open next to the specification section.

3. Take any of the following actions:

   • Click the X icon to exit the PDF viewer.

   • Click the download icon to download the file.

   • Click the list icon to navigate to different divisions or sections.

   • Click the search icon to perform a keyword search.

   • Click the zoom in or zoom out icon to zoom in or out.

Open Entire Specification Book

1. Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.

2. Click Open Specifications Book.
   Note: This shows only the most recently published revision of each specification section.

3. Take any of the following actions:

   • Click the X icon to exit the PDF viewer.

   • Click the download icon to download the file.

   • Click the list icon to navigate to different divisions or sections.

   • Click the search icon to perform a keyword search.

   • Click the zoom in or zoom out icon to zoom in or out.
