Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for a Bid Package

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensures that confidential project documentation remains protected before you access sensitive bidding files. Completing this requirement unlocks the restricted files in the bid package automatically, allowing your team to review scope requirements and prepare accurate estimates immediately.

• Required User Permissions

1. In your email client, open the invitation to bid email.
   OR
   Navigate to the company level Bid Board or Planroom tool and click the bid package.

2. Click View in Procore.

3. Click View or Download to view the non-disclosure agreement.

4. Enter your name, date and click Sign.

5. Click Sign again to confirm.
