The Document Management tool is available to accounts in the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. It is not yet available for Procore accounts in the United States. For more information, please reach out to your Procore point of contact.
Required User Permissions:
'Read Only' or higher level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.
Note: You can only view documents that you have access to. See How do permissions work in the Document Management tool?
Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Tap the project's Document Management tool.
Above the list of documents, tap the view mode 
icon.
Note: If you have changed the view before, tap the small preview 
or large preview 
icon to open the view mode options.
Select the view mode that you want to view documents in:
Small Preview: Documents are shown in a list view with a small preview next to the file name.
Large Preview: Documents are shown in a card view with a large preview and details underneath.
No Preview: Documents are shown in a list view with no previews.
