Accept or Deny a User's Request to Join Your Free Procore Company Account

Free Procore accounts are currently only available in the United States and Canada.

Background

Users can sign up for their own accounts in Procore and request to join their company as an employee. System Administrators are notified by email when a request has been made and can use the Team tool to approve or deny the request.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • Requests that are declined can not be changed. If you accidentally deny a request, the user can request to join again, or you can add them using the Team tool.

Steps

  1. Log in to your free Procore account.

  2. Navigate to the Team tool.

  3. Click the In Review tab.

    • To accept the request, select a role, permission level, and if the user is a bid contact for your company. Then, click Accept.

    • To deny the request, click Decline.
