Add, Edit, or Delete the Project Message and Notes from the Project Overview

The Project Overview gives users access to important project information in one place.
The project message is visible to all users when viewing the Project Overview. The project notes display on the Projects tab in the company’s Portfolio tool and are visible to all Procore users with permissions to the project(s).
Project Messages and Notes are automatically visible to all project users after creation.
Click Project Tools and select Home to navigate to the Project Overview.
Click Edit Message in the Project Message area.
Enter the title and message for the project message.
This appears at the top of the project's Home page and is visible to all project users. This message can be used to welcome team members to a project, to publish project announcements, to announce project milestones and more.
Enter the notes.
These display in the 'Notes' column of the company landing page (Portfolio tool) and are visible to all users at the company level.
Click Update.
Click Project Tools and select Home to navigate to the Project Overview.
Click Edit Message in the Project Message area.
Remove all text from the title, message, and notes boxes.
Click Update.
