Fill a Request

Fill a Resource Assignment from the Assignment Gantt (Beta)

  1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

  2. Click Assignments and select Gantt (Beta).

  3. On the list, right click the request or the request bar and click Edit Request.
    OR
    Hover over the request in the list and click the vertical ellipsis Icon Ellipsis Vertical, then select Edit Request.
    OR
    Right click the request or the request bar and click Edit Request.

  4. Under 'Resource' select a resource.
    Note: Equipment listed is from the company's Equipment register.

  5. Click Update to assign the resource to the assignment.
