Search and Filter Action Plans

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Action Plans tool.

Steps

  • Search the Action Plans List

  • Apply Filters to the Action Plans List.

 Note

Search terms and applied filters respect each other's parameters. In other words, if you have applied one or more filters before starting a search, the search results only include items applicable to the filters.

Search the Action Plans List

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.

  2. Enter a keyword or phrase in the 'Search' box and press ENTER on your keyboard or click the icon-search.png icon.
    The following fields from action plans can be searched:

    • Name

    • Type

    • Plan Manager

    • Number

    • Location

  3. To clear your search terms, click the X in the 'Search' box.

Apply Filters to the Action Plans List

  1. Navigate to the project's Action Plans tool.

  2. Select a filter from the 'Add Filter' drop-down menu.
    The following filters are available:

  3. Press ESC on your keyboard.

  4. Optional: Repeat the steps above to add more filters.

  5. To clear one filter, click the X next to its name.

  6. To clear all filters, click Clear All.
