Filter and Sort Bidding Information

From the Bidding tab of a bid package, you can find the information you need by applying filters, changing the sorting, and searching for bid recipients or companies.
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.
Additional Information:
When you add a Vendor as a Bidder, every user on that vendor's user list will have access to view the bid. See Add a User to a Company in the Company Directory.
Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.
Open the bid package.
This opens the Bidding tab.

The following actions are available:
Search Bidders
Filter Information
Sort Information
Show or Hide Bid Form Groups
Click into the search bar.
Enter the name of the company or bid recipient that you want to find.
Matching results show automatically as you type.
To clear the search, click the x on the search bar.
Click Filters.
To apply filters, click one or more of the following options:
Bid Status
Non-Disclosure Agreement Activity
Bid Form
Directory Trade
City
State
Zip
Union Member
Authorized Bidder
Business Certifications
If you want to remove filters:
Click the x on an individual filter to remove it.
Click Clear All Filters to remove all applied filters.
To close the filters panel, click the x.
Click a column name (such as Bid Status) to sort by that option.
If you want to switch between ascending and descending order, click the column name again.
Click the arrow next to a bid form to show or hide the section for that bid form.
Click the double arrow at the top of the Bid Form column to open or close all bid form groups.
