Reorder Bid Forms

Users have the ability to re-order bid forms whenever necessary. This vital flexibility allows you to adjust the sequencing of bid forms at any point, better reflecting the dynamic nature of ongoing projects.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

• Create a Bid Form

1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

2. Click View next to the relevant Bid Package.
   Note: You can also click the name of the bid package.

3. Click the bid form name.

4. Click the Bidders tab.

5. Click the Filter button on the left column.

6. Click and hold the reorder grip .

7. Drag and drop the selected bid form to the desired location.
