Search for and Filter Coordination Issues (iOS)

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Coordination Issues tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You can combine search and filter parameters to narrow down results further (e.g. enter a term in the Search bar, and then add a filter in addition to the search).

Search for a Coordination Issue

1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the Search bar.
   
   

3. Enter a keyword or phrase into the search bar.

Filter Coordination Issues

1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap Filter.
   
   

3. Tap to apply the following filter(s):

   • Status

     • Open

     • Elevated

     • Released

     • Ready for Review

     • Moved to Observation

     • Closed

   • Assignee: Filter coordination issues by assignees.

   • Assignee Company: Filter coordination issues by assignee company.

   • Location: Filter coordination issues by location.

   • Due Date: Filter coordination issues by due date.

4. Tap Apply.

5. To clear applied filters tap Reset. Otherwise, your filters will remain applied until you clear or change them.
