Add Quantities Entries (Android)

The Quantities section allows you to add and track the amount of materials used for the project on a given day.

• Required User Permissions:

  • To create entries:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.

  • To create pending entries as a collaborator:

    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions to the Daily Log tool with the 'Collaborator Entry Only' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.

• Limitations:

  • For Procore customers using Project Financials tools, keep in mind that quantity entries do NOT interact with the 'Procore Labor Productivity Cost' budget view.

• Additional Information:

  • You can configure which items are created using the quick create icon. To learn more, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

  • This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
   The Tools screen loads, displaying all tools available for this project.

2. Tap the quick createicon and select Quantity Log.
   OR
   Tap the Daily Log tool. Tap the createicon, then tap Quantity Log.

3. Tap into the following fields to enter the desired information:

   Note: Click the caret icon > to expand and v to collapse the field names and their descriptions below.

4. Tap Save.
   The log entry is created or added.
