Create Daily Log Entries using Quick Create Icon (iOS)

You can quickly create daily logs (such as Manpower, Equipment, and Notes) using the quick create icon on Procore mobile app (iOS). This quick create icon allows you to easily create the log entries that you use most frequently.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.

To configure which items are created using the quick create icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
   The Tools screen loads, displaying all tools available for this project.

2. Tap the quick create icon and select the desired Daily Log entry type (for example, Create Manpower Log).
   OR
   Tap the Daily Log tool and tap the Daily Log type (for example, Manpower). Then, tap the create icon.

3. Tap the fields and enter appropriate information.

4. Tap Create.
   The entry is quickly created for the desired Daily Log type.

    Tip

   1. Click Fix Errors to navigate to the first empty required field (if the required fields are empty or blank).

   2. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty fields. Once all required fields are filled, you are able to create or save the form.
