Submitting a Document for review from the Uploads Tab

Background

To move a file you've uploaded, making it accessible to others and start a review process.


Things to Consider

You have a Standard or Admin permission level in the Company Direct Costs tool.


Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Direct Costs tool.

  2. Click on the Uploads tab. This is where files temporarily reside after being uploaded, before they are submitted for review.

  3. Select Files to Submit:

    • You will see a list of recently uploaded files.

    • Check the box next to each file you want to submit. Then, click the Submit for Review button.

  4. The selected document(s) move from the Uploads tab to the main Direct Costs tab and makes them visible to authorized team members and starts the Review process workflow.
