Add a User to Projects in Your Company's Procore Account
Things to Consider
Before adding an existing user to all of the projects in your company's Procore account, ensure that an appropriate project permissions template is available. See Create a Project Permission Template.
When added to a project, the user is automatically added to the corresponding Project Directory. If a project doesn't have a Directory, users will not be added to the project.
When adding to projects from viewing their profile:
You can search by project name, number, or address.
100 projects load per page and you can select projects across multiple pages.
Steps
From User View

Add a User to Projects from Viewing their Profile
Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
Click Users.
Click View next to the name of the user you want to add to one or more projects.
Click the Projects tab.
Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.
Optional: Move the toggle to the ON
position to only show the user's assigned projects.Mark the checkboxes for which projects to add the user to.
Note: Mark the checkbox at the top to select all projects on that page.Click Save Changes.
Note: This may take a few minutes. You can navigate away from this page and check back later.
In Beta
Company Administrators can enable the Bulk Add a User to Projects from Company Directory in Procore Explore. The beta allows you to add users to projects, assign project roles, and update project permissions templates in bulk.
Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
Click Users.
Click View next to the name of the user you want to add to one or more projects.
Click the Projects tab.
Click Edit Projects.
Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.
Optional: Click More Filters and select filters relating to the projects.
Update project assignments:
Update a Single Project Assignment
Click the field under the 'Project Assignment' column and select Add.
Click the field under 'Project Role' column and select their project role.
Click the the field under the 'Project Permission Template' column and select their project permission template.
Bulk Update Project Assignments
Mark the checkboxes for the projects, then click Edit.
Under 'Project Assignment', select Add.
Select the project role.
Select the project permission template.
Click Apply.
Click Next.
Review the changes, then click Save.
Note: Click Undo to remove an unwanted change before clicking save.
Add a User to Projects from Editing their Profile
Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
Click Users.
Click Edit next to the name of the user.
Locate the 'Projects [User] Does Not Belong To' section.
Click Add next to each project.
Click Save.
In Beta

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save and Manage Projects.
Optional: Search for projects by project name, number, address, city, state, zip, and phone number.
Optional: Click More Filters and select filters relating to the projects.
Update project assignments:

Click the field under the 'Project Assignment' column and select Add.
Click the field under 'Project Role' column and select their project role.
Click the the field under the 'Project Permission Template' column and select their project permission template.
Bulk Update Project Assignments
Mark the checkboxes for the projects, then click Edit.
Under 'Project Assignment', select Add.
Select the project role.
Select the project permission template.
Click Apply.
Click Next.
Review the changes, then click Save.
