Search, Sort, and Filter Equipment in the Company Equipment Tool

• Required User Permissions

• You can only sort by some columns.

• To set groups, the must first be configured in the Resource Planning tool. See Configure Groups for Resource Planning.

Search for Equipment

1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.

2. Enter a keyword into the search box.

3. Search returns results for data within the following fields:

   • ID

   • Model

   • Name

   • Serial Number.

Sort Equipment

1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.

2. Click the column header to sort by that column.

3. Optional: Click again to switch between ascending ascending or descending order.

Filter Equipment

1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.

2. Click Filters.

3. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Status

   • Assignee

   • Groups

   • Onsite

   • Category

   • Type

   • Make

   • Model

   • Year

   • Ownership

4. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear all Filters.
