View an Accountant Report for ERP

Background

The Accountant Report lets users with 'Admin' level permission to the ERP Integrations tool view the 'Accountants in Procore' list. This list shows the Procore users who have been designated with the accounting approver role.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • To view the report:

      • 'Admin' level permission to the Company level ERP Integrations tool.

    • To be listed as an accountant in the report, you must have both of the following:

      • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.

      • The person's account must be granted the 'Can Push to Accounting' privilege in the Company Directory.
        Note: To submit a request to be granted this privilege, your company's Procore Administrator must submit request to your Procore point of contact. This privilege can only be granted to individuals by Procore.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.

  2. Click Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png.

  3. Click Accountant Report.
