Search for and Filter for Incidents (iOS)

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Incidents tool.

• Create Incidents (iOS)

1. Navigate to the project's Incidents tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Choose from the following options:

   • Search for Incidents

   • Add Filters

Search for Incidents

1. Tap the Search bar.
   
   

2. Enter a keyword or phrase into the Search bar.
   Note: The search query will automatically display results that match the following fields:

   • Title

   • Creator

   • Number

   • Status

   • Location

   • Description

   • Contributing Condition

   • Contributing Behavior

   • Hazard

Add Filters

1. Tap the Filter icon.
   

2. Tap the filters you want to apply to the incidents list page. Choose from the following options:

   • Status

   • Recordable

   • Location

3. Tap Apply to apply the filters and return to the list page.

4. Optional: To reset the filters that you applied, tap Filter, then tap Reset All Filters, and tap Apply.
