View Inter Project Materials Transfer Details

To move materials to a new project, create an inter project materials transfer.

Once the inter project transfer finalized, Procore automatically creates a shipment for the receiving project. When the receiving project finalizes a receipt with the associated shipment, the transfer status is updated to 'Transfer Complete' or 'Transfer Received' in the relevant project.

• Required User Permissions

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Inter Project Transfers tab.

3. Click the inter project transfer number to view the details.

   • Click the Overview tab to view inter project transfer information and line items.
     

     Tip

     You can configure column data and order for line items.

   • Click the Attachments tab to view any attachments.

   • Click the Change History tab to see changes made.
