Procore Model Manager - Beta Access & Feedback

The Model Manager (Beta) features and documentation are subject to change without notice during the course of development. (Note: At the launch of the Beta, only 'Admin' level permissions are available. Additional permissions will be phased in during the beta lifecycle).

To access the beta and provide feedback Show/Hide Details

  • How to Access: Participating companies must sign the Procore Beta Agreement. Once signed, your Procore Administrator coordinates with your Procore point of contact to enable Model Manager (Beta) on specific Procore projects.

  • How to Provide Feedback During Beta: Contact your dedicated Beta program lead.

  • How to report critical issues: Report breaking changes to Procore Customer Support. For general feedback or non-critical issues, contact your Beta program lead or Procore point of contact.

After Procore enables the Model Manager tool, your team can begin managing 3D models directly within Procore to improve coordination and project visibility. Once access to the tool is enabled by Procore at both the company and project level, Project Admins can then enable the tool.

Things to Consider

Prerequisites

  • Your company must be a registered beta program participant.

  • Procore must activate Model Manager in the Company Admin tool.

  • Your team's Procore project must be on Procore's approved list.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project Admin tool.

    Important

    If your team's project is not on Procore's approved list, the Model Manager tool will not be accessible in the menu. Contact your Procore point of contact for assistance.

  2. Click Tool Settings.

  3. Start typing Model Manager in the Jump to a Tool box.

  4. Move the Model Manager toggle to the Active position.

  5. Start typing Model Manager in the Search All Tools box.

  6. Click the menu option to launch the tool in your web browser.
