Steps
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click the Configure Settings
icon.
Click Company.
Update the following company information:
Company Name. Enter your company's name.
Corporate Address. Enter your company's corporate address.
Corporate Address 2. Enter your company's corporate address, continued.
City/Town. Enter your company's city or town,
State/Province. Enter your company's state or province.
ZIP Code. Enter your company's postal code.
Country. Enter your company's country.
Currency. Enter your the currency your company uses.
Date Format. Enter your company's date format.
Contact Name. Enter your company's contact name.
Contact Phone. Enter your company's contact phone number.
Contact Email. Enter your company's contact email address.
SMS #. This reflects the phone number from which SMS alerts and messages are sent.
Note: Message and data rates may apply when sending or receiving SMS messages.TBD Duration (Weeks). Enter the default number of weeks for resource assignments, for projects that do not have an end date.
Company Timezone. Select your company's time zone.
Click Save.
