Manage Attachments for Projects in Resource Planning
Background
You can attach documents to projects such as permits, neighborhood regulations, or other documents related to your project.
Things to Consider
By default, notes can be viewed by anyone with permissions to 'View Projects Attachments'.
Deleting attachments is permanent and cannot be recovered by Procore.
Steps
When managing attachments, you can take the following actions:
Add Attachments
Edit Attachments
View Attachments
Delete Attachments
Add Attachments
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Project and select Projects List.
Click the project name.
Click the Details tab.
Locate the 'Attachments' section and click Add Attachments.
Click Upload File and select the file to upload.
Click Save.
Edit Attachments
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Project and select Projects List.
Click the project name.
Click the Details tab.
Locate the 'Attachments' section and Edit.
Click Upload File and select the file to upload.
Click Save.
View Attachments
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Project and select Projects List.
Click the project name.
Click the Details tab.
Click the attachment link.
Click Download.
Open the downloaded file locally on your device.
Delete Attachments
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Project and select Projects List.
Click the project name.
Click the Details tab.
Locate the 'Attachments' section and Edit.
Click the X on the attachment.
Click Remove File.
