Para projetos que usam as ferramentas Planejamento de Recursos e Rastreamento de Recursos, você pode gerenciar suas pessoas usando a ferramenta Planejamento de Recursos. Quando as sincronizações de dados estão habilitadas, as pessoas adicionadas ao Planejamento de Recursos ficam visíveis na Lista de pessoas da ferramenta e no Diretório da empresa, podem ser atribuídas a atribuições de recursos e aparecer nas ferramentas Equipes de obra e Planilhas de horas .
As atualizações das informações das pessoas na ferramenta Planejamento de recursos ou no Diretório da empresa do Procore são sincronizadas automaticamente com a outra. A maioria das sincronizações leva menos de um minuto.

When adding people to Resource Planning, you have three options when creating people in Resource Planning: 'User', 'Assignable', or 'Assignable User'. How you create a user in Resource Planning decides certain functionality for the user, and where their user information is synced in the Company Directory.

Note: If there is a matching user record in your Directory, they will be linked to the 'User' instead.
After you decide how to create your user, the following information is synced between the People List to the 'Personal Information' section of the Procore Company Directory.

The Procore Directory and Resource Planning People List Integration can be enabled by an administrator in Procore Explore.
This integration allows you to add people to Resource Planning from the Company Directory, and view and manage all Resource Planning people information in two places: the 'Resource Planning' tab in the Company Directory and the Resource Planning People List.
When people sync is enabled, fields above are synced to the 'Personal Information' section of the Company Directory.
When people sync is disabled, the above fields must be managed independently in each tool. However, any fields in the Company Directory's 'Resource Planning' tab are automatically synced between the Company Directory and Resource Planning tools.
For the best experience, data syncing should be enabled with this feature. If it is disabled, please contact your Procore Customer Success Engineer or Point of Contact to have it turned on.
