Visualizar uma conversa relacionada a um item no Procore

É possível usar a ferramenta Conversas em ferramentas compatíveis para enviar mensagens relacionadas a itens específicos em um projeto do Procore, também conhecido como Item Conversation. Consulte Quais ferramentas e itens são compatíveis com o Procore Conversations? A conversa pode ser visualizada na ferramenta Conversas no nível de empresa do Procore, bem como em um painel lateral do item no projeto. Consulte Ir para um item no Procore na ferramenta Conversas.

• Permissões de usuário necessárias:

  • Permissões de nível "Somente leitura" ou superior para a ferramenta do item no Procore. Nota: Se o item estiver marcado como Privado, você deverá ter permissão para visualizá-lo.

• Uma conversa deve existir para o item. Consulte Iniciar uma conversa sobre um item.

View from the Conversations Tool

1. Navigate to the Conversations tool (click the Conversations icon in the header from anywhere in Procore).

2. In the 'Items' section of the left side panel, find the item that you want to view a conversation for.
   Note: Items are organized by tool. See Which tools and items support Procore Conversations?

3. Click the item to view the conversation.

1. Navigate to the item's tool in Procore. See Which tools and items support Procore Conversations?

2. Open the item that you want to view a conversation for.

3. Click the Conversations icon to the right of the item to open the side panel and view the conversation.
