Enviar uma mensagem na ferramenta Conversas (iOS)

Coisas a considerar

  • Permissões de usuário necessárias:

    • Você precisa existir na ferramenta Diretório do projeto.

    • Se a empresa proprietária da conta Procore tiver habilitado as Mensagens diretas apenas para funcionários internos, você precisará estar marcado como funcionário interno. Consulte Como adiciono alguém como funcionário da minha empresa?

    • Se você estiver enviando uma mensagem relacionada a um item, precisará ter acesso adequado a esse item.

 Important

The Conversations tool is compatible with iOS version 2023.0327 or later. Please update to the latest version to effectively use the Conversations tool.

Passos

Veja abaixo as etapas para cada tipo de mensagem que deseje enviar:

  • Enviar uma mensagem direta

  • Enviar uma mensagem para um grupo

  • Enviar uma mensagem relacionada a um item

Send a Direct Message

 Important

This is an optional feature that may not be available in the Procore account you are working in. Company Admins can enable or disable the feature in the Company level Admin tool, and they can also choose to enable it for internal employees only. See Configure Access and Settings for the Conversations Tool.

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.

  3. Tap Direct Messages. Note: If you want to send a direct message to an existing conversation, tap the name of the conversation and skip to step 7 below.

  4. Tap the create icon-plus-create-mobile-cnvs.png icon and select Create Direct Message.

  5. Tap the name of each individual you want to send the direct message to.

  6. Tap Next. If you have an existing conversation with the selected individuals, all previous messages are shown.

  7. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png icon and select from the following options:

      • Take Photo: Allows you to take one or more photos to add to the message.

      • Choose from Library: Allows you to choose photos from your device.

      • Files from Device: Allows you to choose files from your device.

      • Procore Items: Allows you to add files or link to items from the project.

  8. When you are ready to send the message, tap the send icon-send-cnvs.png icon.
    The message is automatically added to the conversation.

Enviar uma mensagem para um grupo

  1. Abra o aplicativo do Procore em um dispositivo móvel iOS.

  2. Toque na ferramenta Conversas do projeto.

  3. Toque em Grupos.

  4. Toque no grupo para o qual deseja enviar uma mensagem.

  5. Toque na caixa de texto e digite sua mensagem.

    • Se você quiser mencionar um indivíduo para notificá-lo de uma conversa, toque no símbolo @ no teclado ao escrever uma mensagem e selecione o nome dele. Consulte Mencionar um usuário em uma conversa (iOS).

    • Se quiser adicionar anexos ou vincular itens à sua mensagem, toque no ícone de sinal de soma icon-plus-2.png e selecione uma das seguintes opções:{

      • Tirar foto: permite que você tire uma ou mais fotos para adicionar à mensagem.

      • Escolher na biblioteca: permite que você escolha fotos do seu dispositivo.

      • Arquivos do dispositivo: permite que você escolha arquivos do seu dispositivo.

      • Itens do Procore: permite adicionar arquivos ou vincular a itens do projeto.

  6. Quando estiver pronto para enviar a mensagem, toque no ícone enviar icon-send-cnvs.png . A mensagem será adicionada automaticamente à conversa.

Send a Message Related to an Item

To start a new conversation about an item:

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Navigate to the relevant tool. See Which project tools support Conversations?

  3. Tap the item that you want to send a message about.

  4. Tap Start a Conversation.

  5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png iconand select from the following options:

      • Take Photo: Allows you to take one or more photos to add to the message.

      • Choose from Library: Allows you to choose photos from your device.

      • Files from Device: Allows you to choose files from your device.

      • Procore Items: Allows you to add files or link to items from the project.

  6. When you are ready to send the message, tap the send icon-send-cnvs.png icon.
    The message is automatically added to the conversation.

To send a message about an item that you are already following:

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.

  3. Tap Items.

  4. Tap the conversation for the item you want to send a message about.

  5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png iconand select from the following options:
