Retrieve an Email from the Recycle Bin

If you send email messages to the Recycle Bin in the project's Emails tool, you can retrieve them at a later time using the steps below.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Emails tool.

• Prerequisites:

  • The desired email message must be in the Recycle Bin.

1. Navigate to the project's Emails tool.

2. Click the Archive or Spam view.

3. Hover over the desired message and click Return to Inbox icon.
   You can also unarchive an email by using one of the following options:

   1. Click the Return to inbox icon at the top of the email.

   2. Mark the check box to retrieve multiple emails to inbox. Select the desired emails and click the Return to inbox icon at the top.

4. For emails marked as spam, you can only retrieve them to inbox after opening the email. Open the email and click the Return to inbox icon on the top of the email.
