Deactivate or Reactivate a User in Your Free Procore Account

1. Log in to your free Procore account.

2. Click the Team page.

3. See the steps below depending on whether you need to deactivate or reactivate a user.

Deactivate a User

1. Click the name of the user that you want to deactivate.

2. Click Deactivate.

3. Click Deactivate to confirm that you want to deactivate the user.
   Note: The user will no longer be able to log in to their Procore account, but will remain listed in projects. You can reactivate them later if needed.

Reactivate a User

1. Click the name of the user that you want to reactivate.

2. Click Reactivate.

3. Click Reactivate to confirm that you want to reactivate the user.
   Note: The user will be able to log in to their Procore account and access any active projects they were previously added to.
