Criar uma solicitação de alteração para um formulário de pré-qualificação

Uma solicitação de alteração é uma maneira de fazer uma pergunta esclarecedora para obter mais informações e atualizar um formulário de pré-qualificação que já foi enviado.

• Permissões de usuário necessárias: "Administrador" na ferramenta Pré-qualificações da empresa.

1. Navigate to the company's Prequalifications tool.

2. Click View next to the company you want to create a change request for.

3. Click Request Change.

4. Fill in the following information:

   • To: Select the user you want to send the request to from the drop-down menu.
     Note: This field automatically populates with the user who was invited to prequalify.

   • Subject: Enter a descriptive subject for the request.
     Note: This field automatically populates with the subject line " Prequalification Change Requested".

   • Change Requested: Enter any necessary information that describes what is needed from the user.

5. Click Send.

Once the change request is sent, the Submission Status on the prequalification form will change to Change Requested.
