Log in to Procore using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is generally available through a limited rollout process. Contact your Procore point of contact for more information about availability.

Background

Procore offers companies the ability to require users in their Directory to log in with MFA. MFA helps keep company information stored in Procore secure.

  • The secret code from your authenticator app is valid for thirty (30) seconds.

  • Users are prompted to enter the secret code before logging into Procore with an account that is a member of any company's Directory where MFA is enforced.

  • If your company has implemented its own Single Sign-On (SSO) or other MFA requirements, your experience may differ. For assistance with those steps, contact your IT department.

  • To safeguard your company's sensitive information, your account is automatically blocked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts. For assistance with resetting or recovering your account access, contact your company's .

Steps

  1. Go to the Procore web application at: https://login.procore.com.

  2. Enter your Procore email address and click Continue.
    The Enter your password screen appears.

  3. Enter your password and click Continue. 

  4. Open the MFA app on your mobile device and view the one-time authentication passcode.
    If necessary, tap the Procore account name.

  5. At the Verify Your Identity page, enter the one-time passcode provided by the MFA app and click Continue.

    • If you can’t receive the one-time passcode:

      • Click Try Another Method. Then select one of the available options. Typically, you can choose between using one of the listed authenticator apps or enter the recovery code recorded when setting up MFA for your device.

  6. Click Continue.
    If you successfully pass the MFA challenge, you are logged in to the Procore web application.
