将人员添加到资源计划时,资源计划中存在三种资源计划用户类型人员:"用户"、"可分配"或"可分配用户"。在公司目录中创建用户账户时,你可以为他们分配以下资源计划用户类型之一。通过人员列表创建人员时,你创建用户的方式决定了他们是否也将成为公司目录中的用户或联系人。

Note: If there is a matching user record in your Directory, they will be linked to the 'User' instead.

By default, users created in Resource Planning and synced to the Procore Directory are granted ‘Standard’ level permissions to the Resource Planning tool, and the lowest possible permissions level to all other Procore tools. You can grant permissions by updating your Company Permissions Templates or by updating the user’s permissions in their profile. See Edit a Company Permissions Template or Edit a User Account in the Company Directory.
Contacts are only created for 'Assignable' resources if they have an employee ID.
To avoid duplicate records, ensure that all people have matching records of the following in both Resource Planning and the Company Directory:
Employee ID
Email Address
User Types
