删除公司级别表单模板

需要考虑的事项

  • 所需用户权限:公司级别管理员工具的"管理员"级别权限。

  • 其他信息:

    • 如果已使用模板创建项目级别表单，则无法删除公司级别表单模板。

    • 你删除的任何表单模板都将从 Procore 中永久删除。

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Forms.

  3. Click the Icon Delete Trash6 icon at the end of the row with the form template you want to delete.
    Note: If the template's row displays a gray Icon Delete Trash icon, the template cannot be deleted because some other project currently uses the form template. You can only delete a template if it is not being used by another project. See Delete a Project Level Form.

  4. Click OK in the confirmation window.
    A green banner displays to confirm that the form template was deleted.
