Change Privacy Settings on a Folder or File in the Company Level Documents Tool (Android)

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on your Android mobile device.

  2. Tap your avatar and navigate to the Sidebar screen.

  3. Locate the file or folder.

  4. Press and hold the file or folder.

  5. Tap Edit .

  6. Tap the 'Private' toggle Icon Toggle On Ios ON or Icon Toggle Off IosOFF.

    • Note: Folders marked as 'Private' are only accessible to the folder's creator and 'Admin' level users on the Company Documents tool.

  7. Tap Save.
