Add Plan Revisions Entries (Android)

The Plan Revisions section allows you to add information for tracking project plans based on revision number, title, and category. It also provides a dedicated space for entering comments.

• Required User Permissions:

  • To create entries:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.

  • To create pending entries as a collaborator:

    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions to the Daily Log tool with the 'Collaborator Entry Only' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.

• Additional Information:

  • Procore recommends that you use the Drawings tool to track plan revisions and changes to the project's drawings.

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
   The Tools screen loads, displaying all tools available for this project.

2. Tap the date to select the calendar day for which you want to create a new entry.

3. Tapto create a new entry.

4. Tap Plan Revisions.

5. Tap into the following fields to enter the relevant information:

   Note: Click the caret icon > to expand and v to collapse the field names and their descriptions below.

   Plan Revisions - Field Names and Descriptions

   • Company: Select the company name for which you are creating this log entry.

   • Revision Title: Enter the title of the plan.

   • Plan Number: Enter the number that appears on the plan submitted.

   • Revision: Enter the revision number of the plan.

   • Category: Enter the category of discipline that appears in the revision.

   • Location: Select the location specific to the plan.

   • Comments: Enter any comments or additional information that further describes the entry (if required).

6. Tap Save.
   The log entry is created or added.
