Create a Folder (iOS)

A new two and three-column layout is now available for iPads, making it easier to navigate different tools. Tap the menu icon to show and hide the menu.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Documents tool.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
    Note: This loads the Tools screen for the project.

  2. Tap the Documents tool.

  3. Tap the create Icon Plus Quick Create Mobile2 icon. Then select Create Folder.

  4. Enter a title for the new folder.

  5. Optional: To mark the folder as 'Private', tap the toggle to the ON position.
    Note: Folders marked as 'Private' are only accessible to the folder's creator and 'Admin' level users on the Documents tool.

  6. Tap Create.
