Create a Company Permissions Template
Company permission templates let you quickly assign permissions to users for company level tools. You can assign users 'None', 'Read Only', 'Standard', or 'Admin' access to each company level tool. For some tools, you can also assign granular permissions to perform specific actions.
Things to Consider
Procore's permission levels (None, Read Only, Standard, and Admin) define what actions users can perform and what information they can view in each Procore tool. See the User Permissions Matrix.
You can grant task-based granular permissions for some tools. See Which Procore tools support granular permissions?
Granular permissions for Resource Planning are managed in the Resource Planning Tool.
Some tools require specific granular permissions to be enabled for their permissions levels.
A company permissions template cannot have the same name as a project permissions template.
