背景

资格预审主要联系人是与资格预审表相关事宜的主要联系人。主要联系人的姓名和联系信息将在发送给公司的资格预审表中列出，以便他们知道在有问题时应该联系谁。

  • 所需的用户权限:

    • 公司资格预审工具的“管理员”。

  • 其他信息:

    • 要被选为主要联系人，用户必须具有公司资格预审工具的"标准"或"管理员"权限。

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Prequalifications tool.

  2. Click the Form tab.

  3. Click the Edit Icon Edit icon.

  4. In the Primary Contact drop-down, select a user.
    Note: For a user to show in the drop-down menu, they will need 'Standard' or higher permissions on the company's Prequalifications tool.

  5. Click Save.
